REBELDE WAY

Last many days my friend, Novalia ‘Colluci’, messaged me. She asked if the wife of Michele Buble is the actress who played as Mia Colluci on Rebeldeway. On the next day I googled and found out that she is indeed Luisana Lopilato!

Rebelde Way (Rebel's Way) is a Martín Fierro Award—nominated Argentine soap opera created and produced by Cris Morena. It originally aired from 26 May 2002 to 18 December 2003. The series was broadcast in many countries worldwide, including Peru, Germany, Israel, Spain and Uruguay, achieving widespread success (including Indonesia-by Red).
Rebelde Way is set in the Elite Way School, a prestigious private boarding high school near Buenos Aires. The students of the school are the members of Argentine wealthiest families, as well as gifted students with scholarships. The series follows the lives of Elite Way students, their parents and their professors, and it also features the regular use of English language and phrases by the upper class. Its central characters are Marizza Pía Spirito, Mía Colucci, Pablo Bustamante and Manuel Aguirre, portrayed by, respectively, Camila Bordonaba, Luisana Lopilato, Benjamín Rojas and Felipe Colombo. – WIKIPEDIA

I just can’t figure out how can a Canadian male singer meet an Argentine-artist?! Anyway, love itself is impossible ^^

Rebelde Way was aired in Indosiar when I was at the 3rd grade of Senior High School. It’s me and Novalia who followed this drama. My inspiring and favorite characters are Marizza Spirito and Pablo Bustamante. That is why my yahoo id is ‘spirito_gustamante@yahoo.com’. Meanwhile, Novalia prefered Mia Colucci. That was why I called her ‘Colucci’ even until today.
Marizza was a strong and powerful girl and boyish while Pablo was naughty but kind heart inside. Both shared romance and I just loved the way they showed it. Both were also rebellious. Maybe that’s why I love their characters.
Anyway, I’m curious of how they look like now when it had passed almost 7 years. I google them and found below. I’m not sure if they are accurate ^^

Taare Zameen Par

Taare Zameen Par ~ “Like Stars on Earth” (released 21 December 2007) is another movie from Aamir Khan that I adore after Three Idiots and Ghajini . It is really really really a touching and beautiful movie. It tells about an eight-year-old-boy, named Ishaan, who is dyslexic but blessed with excellent painting talent. Taare Zameen Par received numerous awards, including the Filmfare Best Film Award for 2008 and the 2008 National Film Award for Best Film on Family Welfare . It was India's official entry for the 2009 Academy Awards Best Foreign Film but it failed to progress to the nominations short list.

TTAKJI

Ttakji ( 딱지 ) is a Korean traditional game using square-folded-paper aiming to flip your opponent’s ttakji. Men and women, children and adults can play it. I have watched Running Men enough to be curious about this game. It seems simple and easy but … First, of course, you need to make your own ttakji by the following: STEP 1: You can use any kind of paper. Prepare two pieces of square-paper in 21 cm. do the following steps for both paper pieces. Fold it into half forming a rectangle. STEP 2: Fold the top corner down and the opposite’s corner up forming a parallelogram. STEP 3: Again fold the top corner down and the opposite’s corner up forming a square. STEP 4: Put one paper on the other. Fold the triangle-corner inside one by one in anti-clockwise-movement so they hold each other. STEP 5: Slip the last triangle-corner inside so they don’t lose. Mark one side. Tadaa! You have a ttakji now ^^ Let’s challenge a frie...
